Liquid biopsy profiling in CTCL: a pilot feasibility study

Liquid biopsy for molecular profiling in cutaneous T-cell

A pilot feasibility study published in Blood Neoplasia demonstrates the potential of comprehensive cfDNA + cfRNA liquid biopsy for molecular profiling in cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL).

Using GTC’s high-depth NGS platform, researchers achieved a 79% mutation detection rate in plasma samples and successfully identified dominant T-cell clones, supporting the role of liquid biopsy as a complementary tool for disease monitoring and molecular characterization.

Read the publication to learn more about the future of minimally invasive molecular testing in CTCL.
